Discover good times and good friends
Discovery offers a wide variety of age-appropriate programs for our campers. Campfires, arts and crafts, a low-ropes course and archery are a few of the activities for all of our campers. Additionally, our ‘senior’ campers (those 13 to 15) travel to Peacekeeper Park, near Aylmer, where they enjoy a more primitive camping experience: living in tents, participating in hiking, abseiling and a confidence course.

Cost
Tier 1: This is the actual cost of camp for a camper at Discovery, including facility, food, staff and equipment. $900
Tier 2: This is our partially subsidised fee for temporary or minor financial needs. $675
Tier 3: This is our 2010 standard rate for Camp Discovery. $550
Realising that families have different abilities to pay, we are testing a voluntary 3-teir pricing program for Camp Discovery. Take a moment to look at the rate descriptions and determine which of the three options your family is able to pay for your camper’s experience.
This is strictly a voluntary program. You select the fee you feel is appropriate and that is what you will pay. The program is voluntary and in no way will influence the experience your camper will have at Discovery. The camp staff will not have access to what you’ve paid.
Additional camperships are available for families who require that extra assistance.
